Healthy Omega 3 – Stove Top Pop Corn – Tastes Better than Butter

Ingredients

Makes 4 servings (about ¾ cup per serving)

  • ½ cup popcorn kernels (organic if possible)
  • 2 tbsp. Oleumm8
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Extra Oleumm8 for drizzling

Directions

  1. In a large pot combine kernels with Oleumm8 and mix with a spatula or spoon to ensure all kernels are coated.
  2. Place the pot over medium-high heat with the lid on, shaking occasionally, until kernels start to pop. Then shake occasionally, over the burner, to prevent burning. Remove from heat once popping stops.
  3. Drizzle more Oleumm8 over top of popcorn, add a pinch or two of salt, and
    enjoy!
