Oleumm8 Latino Cilantro Dip – Make to taste

Ingredients

Makes 5 Small Baguette Slices

  • 1 tbsp Oleumm 8
  • 9 sprigs (20g) Fresh Cilantro
  • 5 leaves (2g) Fresh Basil
  • 1 Baguette
  • Himalayan Salt to taste
  • Mortar and pestle

  1. Cut Cilantro into fine sprigs
  2. Mix Cilantro and Oleumm8 in Mortar & pestle
  3. Chop Fresh Basil
  4. Cut Baguette into small slices
  5. Put some basil on a slice of baguette and drizzle Oleumm8 over it or cover slice of baguette with Cilantro Oleumm 8 mixture

This food is very low in Cholesterol. It is also a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol) and Vitamin K, Omega 3 and Omega 6 in a healthy ratio.
