Super Anti-inflamatory Omega 3 Smoothie

The Best recipe

Ingredients (makes about 5 Cups)

1/2       Banana

1          Kiwi fruit without skin, medium quartered

 ½        Cup Fresh Mango peeled

1          Fresh Orange peeled and quartered

1          cup Fresh Pineapple

1          Cups Chopped (Fresh Organic) Kale

1          Cup Fresh (not from concentrate) Coco Nut Water

1          Cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

Only Oleumm8 will give you the nutrition, particularly Omega 3 and Omega 6 in healthy ratios, and taste of these recipes.
Substitutes for Oleumm8 will not give you the same nutrients and taste.

 Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!

This food is low in Saturated Fat and Sodium, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), and a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Manganese, Fiber, Protein, and Omega 3.
